Go Vote! Municipal elections 18 March 2026
Thank you for considering your vote on ChristenUnie/SGP Den Haag for the municipal elections on Wednesday 18 March 2026. Your vote matters! Here you can read how voting works and what you need in order to do it.
- You will receive, about 2 weeks before the elections, an envelope with your voting pass (stempas). You can use this to vote on the 18th of March. Your name is on the voting pass. It is important that you save your voting pass well: keep it on a visible place where you can find it again easily, don't lose it.
- You need an identity document to vote. This could be a passport, an ID card or a driving licence. If it has expired, it must be by no more than five years.
- You can go vote on Wednesday 18 March from 7:30 to 21:00.
- Check which polling stations are in your neighbourhood. You can recognize a polling station (stembureau) by the flag or sign outside the building.
- Bring your voting pass and your identity document to the polling station. The polling station will check your voting pass and identity document.
- Hand in the voting pass at the polling station. You will receive a ballot paper. Then you may enter the voting booth to vote.
- Cast your vote. Use one red dot (by coloring in one dot with the red pencil) the ballot paper to indicate who you are voting for. You can find the ChristenUnie/SGP on list 11. Choose your candidate, for example: Judith Klokkenburg on number 1 or Constance Osafo Adjei on number 11.
- Fold the ballot paper and put it in the ballot box.
Are you not able to vote in person? Then ask a person in Den Haag you trust to vote on your behalf.
Tell this person who you want to vote for. Both of you fill in the back of the voting pass. Sign the voting pass and give it to this person.
Also provide a clear photo or copy of your identity document. This is needed at the polling station.
The other person can now vote at the polling station. For themselves and for you.
